Refund policy

Should you be unhappy with any of the items from your order you may return them to us within 14 days of the specified delivery date (subject to the conditions below) for a refund or Store Credit (you can choose on your returns form). Please note your returns must be delivered to us within this time, with all labels intact. Returns received outside of this time period will not be accepted.

If your order is returned past the 14 days refund policy a credit note will be issued via email, text or whatsApp automatically. 

The customer is responsible for the returns postage fee as well as the exchanged item re delivery fee.

All refunds will be made within 14 working days of receiving your return, please note all refunds would be minus the £3.95 delivery charge ( if you ordered one item or returning your full order and qualified for free delivery the posted fee of £3.95 would then be deducted from your refund)

Items purchased under SALE/ PROMOTIONAL OFFERS Are NON REFUNDABLE, all sale & promotional offer items can be exchanged or a store credit note will be issued that expires 12 months from issue date (within returning 14 days from date received). The customer is responsible for the postage fee to re send the exchanged item. please note all exchanges/credit notes would be minus the £3.95 delivery charge ( if you ordered one item or returning your full order and qualified for free delivery the posted fee of £3.95 would then be deducted from your refund)

Any items highlighted 'NON RETURNABLE" are sale clearance and can NOT be returned for any reason.
